Alex came to the rescue when we discovered a leaking roof after stormy weather recently. He came over to inspect the roof the same day I called, which was amazing. He identified the problems and took the time to explain the solutions, costs and time involved and when the work could be done. True to his word, Alex and his team repaired the roof on time and on budget. I am extremely grateful to Alex for his prompt, professional and friendly service. Alex has completed a fantastic job finding and fixing the leaks, cleaning our roof, re-pointing, and then water-proofing and painting. Recently I had roof restored by Alex Zadorkin. Job entailed cleaning, re-grouting ride capping, painting and gutter repair. Alex gave me a lot of good advice. His job was perfect, therefore I would highly recommend his services to others. Most of all Alex is a good person and only uses top quality materials

We contacted Roof Specialist and within 2 days Alex had come to take a look. He couldn't get on the roof properly because it was raining but he immediately made another time to come back. Based on my description of leaks he guessed the valleys needed replacing. When he did a proper inspection that was confirmed. We booked the job in and he started 10 days later. He sent me picture updates while I was at work and he was working on the roof. He worked fast and hard and the final result looks great. He even left me the leftover paint and a few spare, painted tiles for the future just in case. The repointed ridge capping is superb. Paint job is A1.The other thing that happened was some of the red paint dust that he blasted off stained our retaining wall. I contacted Alex 2 weeks after the job was finished to let him know. He came, looked and said no worries I'll fix that. And he has. He came around within 5 days to pressure clean my retaining wall. So pleased with the service and reasonably priced for the prep and anti mould undercoat etc. I'm very happy.

Alex did some work on our roof recently, including removing an obsolete evap. aircon dropper, replacing the missing tiles, and also some broken ones.Also the ridge capping was repointed, flashing repairs done, and a leak repair on a gas heater flue.He turns up when he says he will, (that's pretty unusual these days!) and does a good job, with good attention to detail.I can recommend Alex if you need any roof work done.And he even gave my wife some tomatoes!

Alex and his Son’s are a credit to their trade. They really care about what they are doing and take lots of pride in their work. Personally I wish other tradies had this much diligence. Our job presented some major issues for Alex but he worked through them got the job done. Fair and honest pricing and these guys work hard for a good result. I highly recommend this team. Found issues we were not aware of and they duly corrected these faults.
