QML Pathology

I've been to this Pathology more times than I can count. Every time the lovely ladies greet me with warmth. They are friendly and respectful. They always go the extra mile to make sure I'm comfortable and that every test is completed accurately.

Always such friendly staff who are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure comfort throughout the whole process.I live 30 minutes from here, and I am happy to make the trip because I know the staff are so amazing & caring.

Nobody at 'reception', and when I finally get someone's attention, I've been told to send the pathology by email. Then they went back inside, and I still don't understand why I sent it.

Complete mess around.Rang up to get a booking to get the 24/hour holter monitor.. got the booking except the guy on the phone straight up said 6-7pm an there was supposed to also be a text confirmation..(which we never received)Showed up to our appointment only for the lady to say that it was actually in the morning at 6am.. an that we received a confirmation text which we never received an even double checked.. an she said that no male worked there. The lady then decided to put on an attitude after we explained to her that thats not what we were told an did not receive any confirmation. I would rather go to another QML pathology more organsided, comfortable, friendly & atleast understanding then this place personally.

This is by far the greatest place I have ever been to to get blood taken, and I am a sensitive twelve year old. 10/10

The best ever staff i've seen.. They deserve more than 5 stars. Marlene was friendly, gentle and very caring. The way she does it shows how much she loves the work she is doing.. Kudos to staffs in this centre. Highly recommend..

Had to have some blood tests taken today and one wasn't a common test but Marlene worked everything out and even made it easier for when the tests done during the week since they couldn't do it weekends. She is definitely an asset to your team and her sense of humour is awesome .

Can't thank Justine enough for her help today, as someone who struggles following chemo with veins and needles. She was incredible, thank you again

My partner just had a blood test and it was the worst experience he's ever had. He has bloods taken on a very regular basis and never has experienced vein swelling like this. The young lady at qml Arana Hills struggled to get blood out of his vein after he told her which vein to take it from and she refused. She wiggled the needle around and was pulling the needle in and out. My partner has great visible veins and has never ever had an issue and has never had any person refuse his suggested vein. We won't ever go back.

Very caring, friendly staffs and quick service. Highly recommended.
