They stole my name

I was given a surf hat for Christmas which didn’t fit. So I visited the store to look at alternative hats which there was minimal selection to choose from. I approached the blonde hair girl ( after looking at hats for 10mins) about a specific hat which she mentioned they do stock but do not have in stock at the moment. I was told even though they stock that brand of surf hats there was no way she could order that brand of hat in because it would cost more and that I would have to wait until a new order occurs at a non disclosed date..Frustrated with the experience I was told that all I could get was a store credit.When I received my store credit it mentioned on the credit that I have 1 month to spend that credit before it expires?To top it off I was told they wouldn’t be ordering any more stock in until end of summer / autumn.Disgraceful customer service!Do yourself a favour and shop anywhere but that place.I have shopped at numerous surf shops who happily order products in they normally stock if they have none left.

Got a pair of nice looking Billabong denim shorts for Christmas after washing them once the button immediately broke off, very annoying considering the cost spent on them. Will not shop here again for such poor quality clothing at expensive prices, would not recommend either.

Belmont is a small community start to look after your loyal customers Jeff would have I brought a pair of shorts that I didn't try on removing the tag and replacing the tag said that they couldn't replace them with a bigger size I guess more fool me for not trying them on very disappointing

It’s not often you find a surf store that has all the gear you need ( wetsuits, grip ) as well as really good quality beautiful womens clothes. Every item I have bought from OFS has had friends commenting and asking where I got it. My male friends and family love their birthday gifts from OFS and if they’re fussy get a vouchers there is so much to choose from. Kylie and her team really know their stuff and we’re really friendly and helpful. And I loved not having to go to the local ‘mall” and fight for a park !!
