I hadn't been able to run without pain in my knees for YEARS. After a month of treatments with Rebecca I can run with zero pain in my knees and I no longer get aching legs after long days at work. Rebecca is amazing at what she does and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to not only heal pain but feel better generally!

I started seeing Bec in November 2020, I have been suffering from pain in my Hips (from Bursitus) and in my Iliotibial Band in both legs for quite some time which was effecting my sleep and my every day life. After recommendation to see Bec I decided to see how Bowen could assist with this ongoing condition. Each visit Bec would work on different areas of my body and I instantly felt relief and have had no pain in these areas since and my sleep has improved 10 fold. It has pretty much alleviated all pain in my body. Her treatments are gentle and I personally feel a sense of peace and calm in my body at every session.

Rebecca is a wonderful Bowen practitioner and provides a peaceful space where you can really relax. Bec helped me fall pregnant within two months of trying and helped the entire way through my pregnancy. I highly recommend Bec from Serene Healing Therapies! Before commencing Bowen treatments, I had been suffering from severe hip pain on a nightly basis. Now I can go weeks pain free, all thanks to Bec. She is such a friendly, honest and caring lady who is both professional and comfortable to be around.
