The staff at this clinic have been always amasing. Used to go to this clinic for several years when Dr Moy worked there. It was the best dentist I've ever had. After he retired, I went to Dr Hooman Atai and was very disappointed. In my experience, it was the worst dantist ever. I'm sorry to say it, but poor knowledge and low professionalism.

Dr Hooman is the best dentist ever, he was gentle and made me feel relaxed as I was scared I will definitely be back again to see Dr Hooman. His staff are friendly also..he is awesome!!

I highly recommend this dentist and staff. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and barely felt a thing. The team were very good at managing my expectations throughout the procedure in a very comforting and friendly way.Thank youMarcus Hucker

I can highly recommend the practice. I don't go so far as to say I loved it but Dr Moy certainly deserves 5 stars. He and his staff made me feel at ease from the time I reluctantly walked into the practice. If you are as nervous a patient as I am believe me this is the only dentist I have or will recommend for such professional pain free service.

I had my first appointment with Dr Atai recently and I would highly recommend this dentist.He was amazing and so was his staff from the time I walked into the surgery. I've never been so happy with any dentist and I've been to a few to find the right one.He is very personable and knowledgeable I was so relaxed and reassured the whole time.If you need or are looking for a dentist this is the place to go.I have found my new dentist finally.

Wait for the first appointment was one week, and the covid safe plan is on the website. Assistant's phone manner was excellent and in person she was just as impressive with quality customer service. Dr Hooman Atai was very patient and clear in the communication and I was confident in the direction of the appointment. The tooth is fixed and I am very happy with the practice.

Attended this practice because I had a toothache. Upon arrival, the receptionist’s customer service certainly weren’t at a good standard and it wasn’t a very welcoming greet. The dentist was lovely, and advised that the tooth required a filling, however, a clean would fix my pain (?). He cleaned my teeth despite me being in pain, and my tooth being sensitive to cold, which led to me being in complete agony. I requested to be numbed up due to the pain I was in, and still then, the process was extremely painful. After the clean, he looked at my X-rays and said ‘oh actually there is a dark spot’, when I asked how to fix it he said ‘you can’t, you need to stop smoking’. (Of course smoking isn’t good for your teeth, but it doesn’t cause this - and I’m only 25 years old). And prescribed me antibiotics. At the end of the appointment, I was in so much pain, I nearly took myself to hospital and was hysterically in tears from how much pain I was in, the side of my face was swollen and I can’t even describe how much agony I was in. What kind of dentist does a clean on a sore and sensitive tooth? And what kind of dentist recommends a clean for a toothache? Not only that, I was then charged $320 for a CLEAN. After speaking with Warnervale Dental (whom I have booked in to fix this mess), they advised that their cleans are $195 for a full check up, clean, and X-rays. I was charged $320 for a clean, 1 X-ray and not even a full check up (although my invoice states a check up was done when it certainly wasn’t, only my sore tooth was looked at). I will say, Eclipse Dental did offer to have their senior dentist fix it for free, which is a very generous offer, but after this experience there was no chance I was allowing anyone from this practice near my teeth again. Super, super disappointed with the price, and with the service provided. I left far worse off than when I arrived. You couldn’t pay me enough to attend this practice again. I had my mum call the practice for me, (due to being embarrassed by basically being bullied into getting something done that I knew wasn’t right), and they weren’t willing to issue a refund. I was a dental assistant for many years, and all of this is absolutely unheard of for me. I will be taking this further as I’ve never had such a poor experience ever, and I’m generally someone who enjoys going to the dentist.

Really professional dentist, I had a wisdom tooth pulled out and Dr Mishra couldn’t of done a better job. Worth the money I paid considering the procedure was completely painless.

The mouth being a very sensitive area, you need a sensitive dentist. That's a fairly simple attribute one would expect to be standard in the dentist field. Not always the case in my own personal experience.Yet sometimes you're surprised.Sensitive, kind and aware are but a few of the intrinsic qualities to Dr Henry Moy. His exceptional skill and quality also come to mind. With an obvious deep regard for fine work and the patient at the centre. I cannot recommend anybody higher.My deepest gratitude for your care and professional nature. An exquisite dentist of the highest calibre.Thankyou Henry for your help now and into the future.
