Customer service at the ellenbrook shop is horrible. I brought my spare car key in to get a new battery. The battery was replaced,but the circuit board was removed. I called up to inform the person,and he hung up on me. He should be fired. The key does not work now. I would give 0 stars if I could

Your shop at Merrylands, horrible service, someone without a minimal customer service or understanding the needs of an elderly person, my dad is a 92 year old man doesn’t speak English but in every other mister minor, he has been understood and well serviced, I think just the fact that you show a watch any person would understand that he requires a battery, but the attitude even towards me was awful, awful person awful service … so the service was carried out at the Chinese shop without saying a word, I will be visiting any of your shops but this one.24/01/22, we visited again this shop, and the new assistant is very pleasant, polite and patient, someone who is at the level of a Mister Minit.. thank you for the change

I've been fortunate enough to have experienced exceptional customer service from both the Nepean and Penrith Plaza branches who were incredibly kind and understanding. NEPEAN MM took the time to check details and follow up with me wheareas Mani in Penrith Plaza took the time to discuss modifications and safety. These branches are a credit to your organisation because they are customer centric and take pride in getting the job done right FIRST time.

I had the amazing fortune to get in touch with Joshua Woods (at the Minit Service Support Office) who has been unbelievably helpful and exceptional in providing customer service. Joshua has gone above and beyond to help me with an item that was to replace something lost of sentimental value.
