This is my local however my last 2 visits were not VERY rewarding. I mainly purchase wine BUT was so disappointed as I was not asked for my membership card...last 4 visits...when I purchased a box of beer I had to get it myself and I have an injury at the moment (no service from the young lady)... Then I purchased a very expensive bottle of scotch....on another occasion..... still disappointed...(no formal greeting)...I actually said I was going to another outlet....and it didn't seem to matter.The other outlet last Friday were so helpful pleasant and greeted with a SMILE...I purchased more than I was intending to because of the exceptional service...from 2 bottles of wine to 6.... A smile won me over and a pleasant thank YOU...

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Small store, but very refined and eclectic selection. Great tastings in the evenings on weekends with very patient and educational staff. Also incredible Whiskey selection.

The large male curly fair headed manager was rude and refused to serve me. I asked about the Docket Deal on ciders and said I was looking to buy for my kids, aged 19&20. He refused to serve me. Like??? I want to buy wine for a dinner party for guests, and he’s going to refuse to serve me? His exact words were, “that unless you are buying for yourself, I can’t serve you.”. How does he even work there.?Just ludicrous.

Loved the Rhubarb and Rosehip Gin Liqueur tasting this afternoon! Very delicious, wood recommend it.
