UKO Royal Park

This company is greedy and has absolutely no care or respect about the negative effect they peoples lives and the rental crisis, preaching community mindedness, while practising the exact opposite. My time renting with uko has completely traumatised me and still has a negative effect on me to this day. Staff at the Parkville apartment stood over me and bullied me,failed to keep up with Rental Management and maintenance obligations, made it completely unaffordable to live in by raising rents by 40%, leaving evictions on residents doors with no Due Process and then didn't even put my bond request through, making me wait 8 weeks to then tell me they haven't even approved it. My finances and mental health were greatly impacted by uko and I would highly recommend saving yourself to pain and suffering of living there

Astonishing how far own hill this place has gone since UKO has taken over Evo Apartments. I can only assume this property company has raced to the bottom in the tender process before realising they are simply not up to running an apartment complex.It's physically dirtier, facilities aren't being maintained and are failing, I've heard horror stories about building staff abusing residents (they fired the existing ones to replace with their own).The joke of it is the 40% rent rise that has been pushed on multiple residents. Greed personified, do not rent here.
