This exceptional, high quality providore nestled in an industrial complex in Marrickville is not your average butcher, you will be spoilt for choice by the finest selection of ethically sourced meats straight from local farms, I've tried the Sommerlad Chicken, Pastured Pork and Veal from here and they've all been exceptional.Highly recommended if you want to treat yourself to the best quality without compromise.

Exceptional service.I ordered an 18kg pit with spit rental for my 40th. It was a great focal point all day and a true highlight of the event.David was a delight to deal with from start to finish and couldn’t have been easier to work with, or more accommodating with some last minute changes.Will be back asap.

The sommerlad chicken that we got turned into the best chicken soup ever. Heaven in the mouth.The staff is well-informed as to the source of the meat and lifestyle provided.

I don't buy a lot of meat from here but the veal brisket is out of this world. Slow roasted for a few hours with a BBQ rub and it falls apart. The flavour is something else!

Great little shop, got the lamb sausages & pork roast. Very tasty indeed. Friendly staff & an educational encounter regarding the produce. Will be coming back to try other products.

Great quality pastured meat with very friendly staff. Mainly an online business but the walk in shop is worth a visit. Doggy treats are a must.

Me and a group of mates did an intro butchery class here and we all absolutely loved it! Grant and the team were so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Their passion for high quality meat and produce really shone through. Thanks Grant and team! I will definitely be back.
