Wow. Just had the worst experience with this business. Had a fair bit of soil dropped off for a landscaping project, not only was the soil poor quality and basically mud, he dropped it directly on my driveway in front of the garage. When we rang to ask him why and what’s with the quality, he started calling us c**ts and saying it was our problem now. The owner is honestly a disgusting human and the business is so dodgy. Avoid at all costs. I’ve never dealt with such a disgusting person with no regard to standards of service. Their soil is terrible and their customer service is non existent. He should not be in business. Luckily I recorded the convo too bad he doesn’t have a social media page to upload to. No surprises there

The male owner is an absolute duchbag, he is so rude and arrogant. He obviously doesn't care about the business and is just waiting to sell the land. On the other hand when the lady is there it's a good experience as she is very polite and helpful. Good prices too.

I asked for the price of the product on the phone and confirmed the name of the product. After arriving at the store, the staff told me that the price was almost twice the price quoted on the phone, and told me that the price quoted on the phone was the price of the cheap product. I bought a better product, so the price is expensive. Are these arguments convincing? Is this store living by cheating customers like this? There are several other shops nearby that offer better prices. Avoid any further deals with this shop.

My first visit today and I was more than impressed. I only needed a small amount of garden soil but I was treated like their best customer. The service was friendly and efficient. The product was great quality. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Even my dog in the back seat got a friendly pat or two. I’ll be back and happy to support this great local business.

Great service and product!!Peter went above and beyond. He arrived to deliver some sand, at the same time my toddler pushed open the side gate and the dogs got out, they ran down the street. Before I knew it he had shot down the street in his truck to find them.I ran after the dogs, and a few minutes later coming up the street is Peter with my two dogs which were grinning ear to ear sitting up the front of the truck with Peter. So he delivered my cheeky dogs and the sand! Thanks again amazing service.

Paid for one cubic meter of rock only to find it was well short of a meter. Measured LxWxH on my trailer to confirm. Called this supplier back to explain who was not interested in listening to my side of the story. As I have just bought a new house and have heaps of landscaping to this company has just lost a customer. When informing of this they said they are happy to loose customer. Check what is supplied from this company as it is likely to be less than what you paid for.

Unfortunately I have been a customer of this business until today. I bought their better quality red mulch. The amount I received was not what I ordered - it was noticeably less. They are very light handed when saying it’s 3 cubic meters. When I spoke to them they didn’t offer any solution, it wasn’t their problem. There are other better places around I go rather than here.
