I needed some plumbing work done within a timely manner and Tom from Bright Flow Plumbing was very responsive to my needs. We arranged an appt time and I was very pleasantly surprised when I received an SMS letting me know what time Tom would arrive to commence the job as often you can be left waiting for the tradesperson to arrive. On arrival we discussed what needed to be done and throughout the entire process Tom kept me informed as to what he was doing - providing also a cost breakdown which he explained.thoroughly.
