i have been this place three times very friendly and well trained staff i recommend this placebeyond good massage very clean with air-conditioning roomthanks

When my partner and I arrived we asked if they had time for two 30 minute massages, we were told yes and taken into the rooms out back. I sat in the room for 35 minutes with out any communication from staff that I would have to wait for my massage. After my partner finished the lady came in to start mine. She massaged for about 5 minutes on my back then more customers came she left for about 7 mins came back for 2 minutes then another worker walked in while I was having my massage just talking in another language to the lady. Then my lady left again for another 3 minutes and came back with a hot towel wiped the oil off (did not work) and told me to flip she massage my head for 5 minutes then told me we were done and left I got dressed and walked out never coming back to this place. In total I got 10 minutes of massage and the whole time she was yelling to the other worker or the worker was in the room with us. Wasn’t relaxing at all and DEFINITELY DID NOT RECEIVE A 30 MASSAGE. My partner was shocked when I walked out 20 minutes after they finished him.

When I called the first time I hardly understood what was said on the phone. When I asked again for one hour the lady said yes, 50$ (as I read on the website, when you book by calling it's 50$). Then I called the second time just to confirm because I was still confused because I didn't understood anything she said. I said very clearly - 1 hour at 3pm, she said yes. When I got there, there was cash payment and an ATM with 3$ fee, which was fine because of the booking in advance discount. So I gave the woman the money. I went to the room and the lady asked do you want half an hour and I was like no, one hour I booked. She made a face like who did you call? I said yes I called two times, showed her the website with their picture of the place she said yes - scrolled down and showed - see, it's book by calling and you get 10$ off. Then I rang the number and their phone rang. She went to talk with other employee and I heard them arguing which threw me off the good vibe. I went explaining calmly and showing them again but they refused me, saying no discount. I handed another 10 dollars and I said - okay, 1 hour now? She took off without saying anything and I was confused and annoyed so I put on my clothes, went out, asked for my money back and then she said we can do 1 hour now. I took the money and walked off. Very unprofessional and bad attitude. Do not recommend.

Ladies could not speak English well we tried our best to communicate we wanted a massage and then they just refused service to my friend and I. Really disappointed.

Went to this place the other week, since I had extreme tension in My neck / back muscles, really painful. Explained that via phone when booking and I was given an appointment. Stayed for an hour, the lady did a fantastic job, when she finished, I was no longer in pain and all muscles loosened up.Going there on a regular basis now, just to relax. Ok, it`s an old shop, but I don`t go there to look at the building, right ? Great experience.

Place is pretty old here. Damn small room and table. I can’t believe they advertising they are the no.1 in this area. Ridiculous!!! The lady with poor massage skill and service just kept asking money from me. I can even heard someone else talking in the other room. Suck! Never come back again. What a joke!
