Hands & Feet Reflexology
Siobhan is amazing!!! I had no idea what sort of results to expect, however, I am thrilled that after only a couple of treatments I'm feeling much better. My heavy, uncomfortable periods have disappeared and I'm back to a lighter, normal cycle without nasty cramps. The actual treatment is lovely and relaxing and I have to remember to leave a few hours afterwards to rest and let my body process the session. I highly recommend Hands & Feet Reflexology, Armidale.

I’d been having sleepless nights for over a month and after my first reflexology session with Siobhan, I slept the entire night. She makes you feel so comfortable and calm and works her magic to put you in a complete state of Zen. I have never been so relaxed in my life! Reflexology with Siobhan has definitely helped with my sleeping pattern, moods and energy levels. Highly recommended.
