Very disappointed to pay $70+ a kilo for eye fillet then to cook it and discover it was pieces put together from off cuts. If you are selling quality then stick to what you preach. I went back to make a complaint and no staff member was willing to accept or listen to my criticism. I will never buy from this store again.

Ive been going to this butcher for over 5 years, they have consistently had great quality meats. The one time I had an issue with a product, I went back and explained my thoughts and the on duty manager could not have been more polite and understanding. I had my meat replaced, took it home and as usual I thoroughly enjoyed it. They aren’t the cheapest butcher but the old saying really does ring true here - “you get what you pay for”

Great service and fantastic meat. The best eye fillet we have had in a long time. It’s nice to have a local butcher who sources responsible meat that is hormone free, organic, grass fed and supports local farmers.

An absolutely brilliant butcher. Bertie's Richmond establishment is quite famous, and the St Helena version does not let down either. Wonderful selection of ethically sourced meat of all kinds. By far the best butcher in the area.

Absolutely fantastic service! I was helped by Jordan who was able to help me with all my meat needs for my party and only gave me the highest quality of meat at an excellent price!! Would highly recommend to anyone!!

$59/kg for very mediocre scotch fillet. No marbling/intramuscular fat. Eye fillet @$66/kg. Way overpriced for nothing special. In comparison, Sienna’s in the GB mall sells better quality Scotch fillet for $39/kg, that’s a normal price.

Wow the staff that work there go above and beyond just for you! Their knowledge of meat as to the different cuts and the cooking style for those are really helpful and customer service is so incredible I feel so great every time I shop there! It also goes without mentioning that they are super friendly bunch in there too. Great quality meat and awesome customer service, thank you!
