AIAB is a fabulous service. In this climate of quick house sales this service is all you need. I have spent a long time researching selling and buying, the selling was the easy part with these guys. It seems now that estate agents have lost their customer service and care. They are not interested in helping, agent in a box is so helpful, they care about what they do and they give you all the information to help you through the process. With the quick turn around of houses now why pay $18000 to an estate agent when you can sell for less than $1000. Just a fabulous service.

I certainly wouldn't choose Agent In A Box to sell my home, god knows how many times I called during the last week & no one answers the call, you leave messages & again no call back. The only time I got some interest was when I expressed my frustration on their FB page & past on my details. Eventually the seller of two apartments contacted me via email & text stating both apartments I was interested in were under contract & they are both still being shown up for sale on a few popular property websites..... With mixed messages & lack of feedback from Agent in a Box it was easier to visit the apartment complex myself speak to the property manager & was able to view to other apartments before deciding to purchase one in the future.
