Clark Rubber Wodonga

Don’t trust their advertised hours and ring to confirm they’re actually open! My family traveled all the way into town yesterday only to find them closed. We checked online before leaving and they were supposed to be open until 4pm, we arrived at 3pm and the store was closed even though the hours on the shopfront stated that they would be open. Wasted 2.5hrs driving there and back. I’ll be shopping elsewhere in the future

I recently visited the store to buy a piece of foam,they have got superior quality foam..really worth it checking out.and I am impressed with their excellent customer service..very lovely people and helped me to choose the foam . I have been to the store recently to buy some queen size mattress but was not sure which one to buy for my special need..they helped me to choose and I am really impressed the way how they help the customer.my visit was worth it .highly recommend.would love to visit again and 5 stars from me.thanks wodonga team..keep the good work.

Would prefer to give zero stars. Recently made a purchase in this store and thought the charge was overly excessive. Checking on-line with the correct stock number and calculating the charge, realised that I had been overcharged. I rang head office Customer Service (who quite frankly, were useless!) to check that my calculations were correct, they advised that I revisit the store.Well! what more can be said. Overcharged and attitiude of the franchisee was severly lacking in customer satisfaction.BEWARE! double check the price of your purchase, before any cuts are made. Excessive mark up on product and excessive charge to cut the product. Will never purchase from either Clark Rubber or this store again.The worst example of customer service I have ever experienced and a very expensive lesson has been learned.

While passing through Wodonga we stopped in to your store and the quality of customer service is amazing as soon as we entered we were greeted by the young girl Kristy she dropped everything she was doing to make sure we were looked after she had great knowledge and helped us out very efficiently, very happy with the service
