Core Physio & Pilates

I have had such a positive experience at Core Physio and Pilates. I have seen the clinic to help recover from an injury in my spine. The combination of patient education and 1:1 pilates is a winner. I had a lot of back pain & the Physio’s at core were fantastic at managing my pain. I then joined their clinical Pilates program and have been going there for about 2 years every week and it has helped manage my back pain that I don’t even notice any back pain any more. I also had muscle repair surgery and it has also helped me with my core strength, highly recommended Core Physio and Pilates they are very caring towards individual needs. I love them because you feel part of their Core family.

Had the best experience with Core! From the moment I was fitted for my postpartum shorts to being supported to have them collected/delivered. The customer service was incredible. I believe it was Bev who supported me the way through and for this incredible support I’d return again.

What a wonderful, calming, caring environment to spend time. I've been coming to Core Physio & Pilates for more than 7 years and I have only ever been met by supportive, kind, understanding and, most importantly, knowledgeable staff.Every Pilates instructor I've ever had has been keen to work with me to meet my goals, be they learning how to run without injury or recover from surgery. And every single person I've ever had the pleasure of working with has understood that my needs and abilities are different to other people's and have made modifications accordingly.Lee is a delight to see around the studio and always has an infectious smile and a kind word for everyone (and has an incredible memory for names). Lee herself is encouraging, gentle, and so obviously cares about her staff and clients.This really is a wonderful bespoke studio where everyone is welcomed and treated with respect and warmth, regardless of their experience. I have been regularly going to Core since 2011 & I cannot recommend it highly enough!I attend weekly Pilates sessions and Core is also my go to for Physio. They have helped me so much over the years. The staff are very knowledgeable & accomodating.

Lee founded the highly professional and caring business that is Core. The business reflects Lee’s values and is highly caring. The staff at reception always ask how you are and seek to accommodate ones needs. Teachers upskill on a weekly basis which means they are up to date with new physiotherapy findings and they are always learning new exercises. I recommend Core to so many people because I strongly believe in the work they are doing but more than that the way Core staff conduct themselves is exceptional. To me it’s an added bonus that Lee runs regularly monthly charity collections showing us all what an excellent business can achieve by operating in a generous and genuinely caring manner. Core is the best!
