called the store and someone picked my call and put it on hold. I wait for 30min and the person not responded mycall just putting my call on hold. And then visited immidiately to store showing them mycall on hold.

The staff here are really helpful and proactive in checking if you need assistance. They are very knowledgeable about their products. The store has a good carpark and location, with a large number of products. Never too busy so it is easy to be served without waiting long at all.

I had two instances where I faced extremely unprofessional attitude and service from the staff at the print section.Due to careless behavior and lack of experience they printed my sheets in wrong sizes and never apologized and made me pay for the whole set.Yet again in another instance today I faced a similar attitude from a staff member.They were about to take my prints and as it took a while to load they immediately denied and stopped the whole process stating that 'there are way more important prints to be done so we won't be able to take yours!!'Such rude behavior from staff at print section.Having such staffs who doesn't know how to treat customers and such poor service just makes this store a less preferred destination to get our prints done.

Good points:There is a wide range of products you can buy at Officeworks from pen and notebooks to office furniture. Printing service is also available from collage or wallet size up to a large wall frame.A couple of parking spaces, so far haven't had any problem in finding a vacant spot otherwise there are many free parking nearby. The shop has access to people with special needs.Lacking services:No passport photo taking.No passport size option (Australian government standard passport size) available in their printing kiosk, but the new printing kiosk is coming, and hopefully, there will be added features to it.

Awful and extremely poor customer service especially in the printing section! I stood in a queue for 20 minutes to be served. My prints came out so bad, and no folding. The boy who served me couldn’t even bother to put my prints in an envelope. Will never go there for anything.

Staff are helpful and know the products. Stock and variety is good in this store. The printing services and the photos are good quality for a fair price.Returns are done with ease, had to return a table because of some issues with manufacturers packaging. The staff made the transaction so easy and stress free.

Service from photo printing team is almost non-existent. A simple sorry we're having an issue with the machine" would suffice rather than letting us stand there for 45 minutes with zero communication. After a while

Wow. Today I observed multiple staff demonstrate great lack of competency and decency for another person. A woman and her child in arm asked to receive assistance in getting a chair down, only for the woman to then have to push a great big trolley down to where the chairs are, back again and then to the front, red faced, with zero staff support. All the while, someone was waiting at the other end to take the trolley off of her. As I stood a few people behind her at the checkout, I overheard staff retorting back to her in saying 'oh, did you want ME to help you take it to your car?'. I won't be coming back. Do better.

Always great service and a great range to choose from. Don’t understand the bad reviews here - staff are always friendly and willing to help, it’s not their fault if there is a line of people to get to first!
