I had an awesome first experience at Ivoryrose Physiotherapy. Kate Nelson was extremely thorough and took her time to get so much information from me before treating my pain. I didn’t feel rushed at all and I left feeling better than when I walked in.

Kate is the most respectful, compassionate, kind and really caring Physiotherapist I've seen in my entire life! She is even better than all the health Professionals I've seen.She even offered me a first appointment within a day due to my emergency situation!Kate has made me feel so comfortable, relaxed and safe during the appointment. She explained everything so well and made me feel so much better!There are so many and only positive comments to say about Kate! I'm just out of words but I'm so grateful and lucky that I found such a wonderful, respectful and human Physiotherapist! Thanks a billion!Marion

Stefanie Aworth has helped me so much in these last few months, I have never felt more heard before until now. Stefanie has always encouraged me and any issues I have physically or emotionally I felt heard. I feel so comfortable going to my appointment and being able to talk about any issues I have or concerns. If I have any worries, Stefanie helps reassure me that everything is completely normal. To finally find a place where you feel heard and understood really helps. I was so worried and scared before my first appointment and I have never left a place feeling so happy as I knew any issues I had where going to be resolved.The team is also always super friendly and always willing to have a chat, they have always remembered my name and the last conversation we had.I couldn’t recommend Ivoryrose enough!

I’d highly recommend this place to all females. The receptionist was friendly and had good communication skills which is rare to find these days. Stef was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel very comfortable.
