The Mascot team were great and Dale the manager was really helpful and professional - he showed the damage tire / the tire was completely split so couldn't be repaired ..Dale explained everything/ organised to service all the remaining tyres and rotate whilst I was there. - these tyres are over 6 years old and Bridgestone still servicing and looking after - will buy from them again .

I had issue with my tyre purchased from Costco. I ended up to bring my tyre to this center to check up. They followed up my problem to fix.Very good customer service, respected. Thanks Hu Chein! Kind of you.

Most outrageous service I ever had at a car workshop!I booked an appointment for changing of tyres in advance and brought my car on time. I was told that the car will be ready in one and a half hours. After killing the time for 1 hour and 20 minutes I returned to the workshop to find out that the work on my car hasn't been even started yet! I asked when it's going to be done and was told to come in an hour. No apologies, nothing! Like it's a normal thing! When I asked to return my keys because I had other commitments, the manager became simply rude. These people have no respect for customers. This is the last place I'll ever go to and I don't recommend anyone to have a similar experience.

Great service from the team and very well priced.The team went the extra mile to explain in detail to me what work was done and how it will improve handling of the car.

I had a 8am booking, arrived 8am, 4 tyres fitted, balanced and alignment.Car was ready by 9:30amTheir tyre fitter ripped a hole in my hubcap.Broke several clips, mangled the wire and cracked the front.I removed all 4 hub caps by hand in less than 10 seconds without damaging them. To check the others, they looked okay, they must have taken a bit more care after ripping the first one off.Rick took a photo of them in the boot of my car.The tyre fitter didn't tell rick at the desk, maybe he was hoping I wouldn't have noticed and drove off as he put it on the passenger side.They gave me a $50 discount and told me they would be in touch with a replacement.Will remove review if issue resolved before 5,000km rotation.Pretty sad after spending more than $550.
