Signed in via the self sign-in kiosk, waited for 45 mins, to be told the sign in hadn't worked. When given the feedback, the store person had no idea how to rectify the situation. Corporate needs to provide better training around the check in process.

Checked in at 9am 15-20min wait…walked out after 45min, worst thing is had a spare staff member not serving customers. I don’t think they know what customer service is

My partner went for hair cut and was asked to come back after 1.5 hours which was fine. As we went there, the ladies skipped him and started to ask other guys' name who were there after him. We can feel that none of them were interested to do his hair. After again waiting for additional half an hour, they called him as we can see Deep came back from his break and he was the only one who was ready to do my partner's hair. This is the subtle racism we faced by service providing industry. But Deep was really good which was blessing in disguise.

Always booked out. Even though it's meant to be a no appointment needed service. No one waiting yet they can't provide service for two hours as they are busy. Multiple occasions.
