Future Lock Security

this company is a Joke. rude customer service, not returning to fix cables hanging from camera and fitting a monitor in our admin area and to top it off i needed to get footage of a break in across the road and all i got was the phone hung up in my ear by someone with bad attitude and doesn't know what customer service means. all negative. Future Lock obviously doesn't need referrals or repeat customers to survive in business!!!just been looking for security cameras internal for our office and came across your reply conveniently around 12 months after my initial post. COMPLETE FABRICTION my initial complaint was the cabling. see photo of external camera. no footage retrieved and when i asked for it your attitude was unacceptable.check out the other 1 star reviews. same poor back up service. we eventually had to replace the system as we could not retrieve footage

We have dealt with Future Lock Security on two separate occassions and found their knowledge and workmanship to second to none. (Archie seems to be able to sort out the trickiest technical issues). I had a great experience with Archie recently with the installation of our security system. During the planning/budgeting stage he fielded multiple calls from me as we finalised the layout. With the installation, he took great care to install everything in a way that worked with the aesthetics of our home. He also made himself available to answer any additional questions or concerns I had about the system in the days after the completion of the installation. He really made the whole process stress free.

The BEST Customer Service I have EVER received!!! Archie was very professional and honest with excellent work ethics ! His years of experience and knowledge was evident especially with my alarm system. Knew exactly what to do and got the job done without ANY issues and in no time at all. What a gun!! Visited this company yesterday (19/5) and was greeted by a gent who was the rudest person I've come across in a showroom setting for many years. Was not interested in knowing more about my CCTV needs, essentially bagged wireless cameras as a possible solution. If not hard wired, it would not work. Basically turned his back on me whilst I was still in the showroom and went back to his little service room leaving me pretty dumbfounded. I suggest that this guy does some serious soul searching about his demeanour based on my experience and others honest enough to write their google feedback listed on this site.

We have been dealing with Future Lock Security for a number of years through our business. Their knowledge and service are outstanding. They are the first point of contact for all security issues. Would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

Had to copy file for police. I could not work it out. Ring Archie and he was very helpful and went through it step by step. Great service.

March 2017 - I have recently bought and fitted both an alarm system and a CCTV unit for my home from Future Lock. I have experience with electronics but I found Alan and Archie's decades of experience and advice invaluable. They offer a great range of quality equipment but when the infrared in one camera failed after a few weeks I took it back in and it was replaced without a problem.Edited 23/3/2018 - I actually wanted to leave a new review but apparently Google doesn't allow that unless I create a new Google account.After having no problems with my security and CCTV during the 12 months since it was installed, last week I noticed one camera would occasionally flicker and drop out momentarily. I stopped in to see Alan and with his assistance it is again working perfectly. He knows his trade!

I had the absolute pleasure with dealing with the guys from Future Lock.My property, storage facility and offices are all safe and secure thanks to Future Lock. I am a builder and come as maybe the fussiest and particular customer around... FUTURE LOCK EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!!I would recommend them to anyone; commercial or domestic. Future Lock Security installed a six camera system at our Scout Hall in Ringwood North. They did a great job installing, wiring and setting up the system. They also have provided great after sales service to us. Staff are very knowledgable and were attentive to our requirements. CCTV system has proven to be effective and is very easy to use. Recommend.
