Absolutely lovely staff member working at your store Thurs 16 march at lunch. I had to wait while she juggled about 3-4 other customers and she did it with professionalism I have not seen since pre covid retail , politely saying I'll be with you in a moment , going out of her way to give info about tax to melb visitors and making sure everyone left happy. . A+++

With a sign on the dirt saying we have closed the store briefly but will be back in 5 mins, I decided to wait to shop at their store. After 35mins and nobody showing up I decided to spend my dollars elsewhere. Completely unacceptable
