Well for me this was a memorable experience, I met Ken initially, a gentleman, nothing was too much trouble, not pushy or overbearing, then I met Justin who presented the offer, no problems here either, very polite, not rushed, even after the deal had been signed off, nothing changed. Coming from a family of salespeople, I am always very aware when I am buying an expensive item. I have to say that the person who guided me into buying my Kia was a consummate salesman - not because he knew the tricks of the trade, but was just a totally genuine, warm person who explained everything so clearly - especially to someone who isn’t the best with new technology regarding cars. Patrick Gonzalez is as good as they get. You relax because you feel so comfortable with him. I felt I could ask any question and it would be thoughtfully and simply explained without me feeling stupid. The whole process was seamless and if I could give Patrick a higher mark , I would.
