I’m only writing this review hoping it will help them be more aware about management of appointments and consideration of their clients.I had an appointment last week for an ultrasound, I checked in and was waiting in the waiting room for 20 minutes until I was notified the person who does my type of ultrasound isn’t in today.They made a new appointment for next week which was today. I arrived 15 minutes early and all seemed good, until 20 minutes later the same thing occurred “sorry, the person isn’t here today that is doing your ultrasound”.I don’t get how this can happen twice, even with confirmation txt message confirming my appointments.Obviously won’t be coming back to this clinic. They couldn’t even help and offer me assistance where else I could go for my ultrasound.

I've attended this clinic several times over the past year. The staff in reception and in the diagnostic rooms go out of their way to reassure patients, answer questions professionally and with courtesy, and explain procedures. The radiologists are respectful as well as experts in their field, Highly recommended.

Courteous front desk staff managed to fit me in as a walk in. The radiologist was professional and highly competent. I was impressed with the service and organisation and would happily return.

On the 29 Dec 2022 I was booked in for a MRI At IMED Bondi Junction, before the operator tried to injection iodine in my left arm, I informed her that I hate needles, nevertheless, I hardly moved, the iodine did not get into veins, she tried my right arm - the vein collapsed and then decided a doctor was best for the job, I was completely bruised in 3 areas of my arm, the experience was traumatising and painful after the MRI the operator said, that if the iodine didn’t work, i might need to redo the MRI scan again, however, we are booked out so it cannot be done till sometime next year.I was absolutely shocked to hear that. As this treatment cost over$650.Knowing that I may need to redo the MRI and pay another $650. Was absolutely disgusting.A couple of days later, my friend who works at IMED Newtown was disguised with what happened to me and couldn’t believe my they could not have given me a drinkable iodine as this is what they offer to their patients. I will not be going back and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROCEDURE AT THIS CENTRE. Appalling Service.

I am not surprised of the very low rating here. The customer service skills of the ladies at the reception are 0 out of 10. Zero empathy, 0 understanding, rude manners, annoyed by different accents. No way!

Horrible customer experience - they couldn't care less about customers.My doctor referred me there to get X-rays and and ultrasound done as they suspected I had a broken bone. I showed my referral at the reception and they told me it would take around 15 mins to do everything. I passed inside to do the X-rays and after finishing them, I was told to wait at the reception for someone else to call me to do the ultrasound study. After waiting for more than 30 mins I went back to the reception and asked about the ultrasound. The person at the reception, same one who received my referral, said they didn't have time to do ultrasound that day.First he tried blaming the doctor and said that they didn't specify that I needed an ultrasound as well, then he blamed the people from the X-rays for telling me to wait at the reception for the other study requested by my doctor, and at the end he just said that I couldn't do it that day and had to come back the following day.He took no ownership of his mistake and had not even the minimum intention of helping me to get the ultrasound done. Simply said that they were fully booked for the day.

Rude and aggressive office staff. Not only was an office staffer (who identified herself as Amani) rude and aggressive but she was also clearly trying to avoid and/or twist responses in order to dodge explanations to pertinent questions that were posed to her. Disappointing that a business like I-MED would employ such staff.A little civility and transparency please.

I normally use Spectrum who are amazing but needed to use I-med in Bondi junction for a specific service. I am appalled at how rude the staff are. Not only were the admin staff abrupt and curt but the individual conducting the MRI was rough , rude and showed a level of contempt for her job and the patient. What a terrible experience. Will not use them again.

The person who made my appointment was lovely, and the male receptionist on my way out was great. Female receptionist on my way in was so rude and accused me of lying when I said I’d been in the line as the reason I wasn’t 15 mins early (was 7 mins by the time I got the front). Lady who did the MRI was super clinical, no bedside manner or friendliness at all. People who come here are normally sick, I know it’s busy, but it doesn’t take much to be friendly…
