Bree and Chad were very helpful to me when I rented an apartment through MINT Residential. They were very fair and supportive of me as the tenant (not the landlord). Although they were busy managing many other properties, they were very prompt in their responses, pretty much within the same day when I notified them of any issue. I felt very lucky to have them as our property manager as I'd heard of many negative stories about some property managers out there. 4 weeks before our lease expired, they were kind enough to send me a guide on what to do to get my full bond. I followed their instructions carefully (including engaging a bond cleaning provider that they recommended) and received my full bond back. They always went extra mile to help me out with anything I needed during my 2 year stay. It was a real pleasure working with them. I look forward to working with them again soon. Chad Farrow is the worst people I’ve ever met. Please never do anything with this company and especially with him. He’s incredibly rude and unprofessional. Be careful. I would say Nicole was the best but she left the company.

Chad is a very bad guy.Despite deep cleaning and proper handover of keys and property he is blocking my security deposit and making false statements to steal my money. Deducting money 250 aud for no reason. Never trust these guys.

The tenancy service was incredibly disappointing. I had a great agent, Nicole who has sadly left the company. Chad took over, not only was he intimidating and continuously arguing which in my opinion is not professional, he was incredibly rude. Avoid this agency if you can, management is poor
