Amazing location!

Extreme delays on titling dates, already 9 months added to title date since we purchased the block.

I bought riverhills land in July 2018 and the settle only occurs at July 2021, even close to sunset date. The settlement is too slow, almost three years from the date I purchased the land. Close to settlement, the valuer from the bank went on site to value my site and it is $30,000 less than my purchased contract value. I requested Da Hua Group to give me $30,000 rebate and their lawyers replied to me and said Da Hua Group did not agree to give me $30,000 rebate and keep the rights in the contract. Ridiculous company with ridiculous policy. I did not recommend anyone to purchase land from Da Hua Group.

Lovely estate, but been waiting since oct 2018!!!! for my home to be finished. Advice, buy as an investment and not 1st home. My family and I are living in a caravan now since we can’t find a short lease home for less than $3000 a month. And I’m paying interest on my home loan. Brilliant investment, but not as a first home, unless prepared to wait more than 4 years.
