Good range of tools, terrible customer service. There are staff rostered on here but they are often standing around talking amoungst themselves. Staff also dont have much product knowledge.

Wasn't sure if I got terrible customer service because I was a female in a tool shop but after reading reviews seems like it's an ongoing issue.Walked the store thoroughly 3 times, twice a staff member interacted with my toddler but never asked if I needed assistance. 4 men standing behind the counter talking amongst themselves and all looked away when I kept circling. Eventually a staff member come from the back and after greeting my toddler asked if I needed assistance but was quick to say they were kept in the shipping container and wasn't really willing to give more help. Very disappointed and was glad given the service that he didn't seem to be willing to make the sale.

I used to use the Bunbury store exclusively for all my tools and equipment and have spent thousands of $$$$$$ there because they were very good and knowledgeable and great service NOW it a waste of time the new staff don't know anything or care a damm so now i will spend my money in a different store in town and never return what a shame for cost saving on quality staff and hiring check out operators which is all the new staff are dont help or know anything about what they sell

Poor customer service, never have responded to any of my enquiries. If it's on the shelf buy it , if not don't waste your time all you will hear are crickets .

It's a tough job being in retail, day in day out trying to give good service with a smile is hard at the best of times. Considering i am not the best customer either I was treated with patience and respect.I was served by Ben that helped me pick out some hardware to suit my needs and what a legend he was. The poor guy had a couple of wisdom teeth removed and was breaking out in a sweat from pain on one of the coldest days of the years. Even with all that the guy's expertise blew me away when it comes to welders, I learnt more in 15 minutes from him than hours of my own research.Very happy with the purchases and will be back real soon once my wallet recovers.Cheers

Poor customer service. I was trying to find a replacement saw blade. He barely took his eyes off the computer to see what I was after and made no offer to assist in finding the right match.
