Fantastic customer service! I needed to leave on a business trip on short notice. My only suit needed to be cleaned and pressed before I left. It also needed to be shortened a bit but I didn’t have any hope of getting it done before I left. When I asked Debbie she said no problem. She quickly pinned it and said it would be ready next day.I just picked it and it looks and fits perfect!

I would recommend Ad Astra to everyone! The dry cleaning service they provide is second to none. More importantly though, Joel and his team have integrity. I accidently left valuable jewellery in a pocket of one of the jackets they dry cleaned. The rings had fallen out of the pocket during the cleaning process. They found them and returned them to me ASAP. A wonderful team of people. Thank you Mel and Joel.

As someone with serious trust issues when it comes to my expensive clothes, (having had clothes ruined elsewhere) I was really impressed with Ad Astra, and it will definitely be my go to dry cleaner from now on. I chose Ad Astra based on their Google reviews and was not disappointed. They did a beautiful and professional job of dry cleaning my winter jackets, getting chocolate stains out of a white dress, and making my blazers look new again. Turn around time was quick considering it was holiday season. Staff were friendly too!Thanks to all the team. See you again.

The result is always impeccable and the prices are what they should be. Customer service is brilliant. Available parking in the side street. The perfect Dry Cleaner.

We moved to Floreat in June, I’m bad at ironing so I was keen to find a new dry cleaning / laundry service. Not only are the staff at Ad Astra friendly and efficient, they go out of their way to be helpful. I “needed” a skirt altered before a long weekend, they did a quick turnaround so it was ready on time. My husband’s shirts are always returned in a timely manner washed, ironed and starched, they looked better than new (now folding creases!)
