Jake was incredible at helping us sort out the details for our first trip with him. We were blindsided by everything being booked out due to covid and he was always supportive and found a miraculous hotel for us to stay in and organised all our adventures. He saved me a lots of headaches - that's for sure!Then for our second trip to Europe he made everything so much easier, I was thirty weeks pregnant by the time we came home and he had so many great recommendations to make the trip a lot more enjoyable (booking ahead so I didn’t spend hours in lines and booking aisle seats so I could get up as many times as needed). We had such an incredible time and knowing we were in such good hands made the trip a breeze to plan. I’d always ‘planned’ my trips by myself before meeting Jake but now I’m not sure I could go back!

Jake took all the hard work out of preparing for the trip as he knew exactly what we were after when I first approached him for a quote. It is tricky planning a trip with a 3-year-old at the best of times but Jake helped us with spacing out evening tours and sunrise tours. The accommodation was great and Jake really came to the fore pre-departure when we hit him with a barrage of questions that arose that we hadn't had time to think about earlier on in the planning stage. We look forward to our next family adventure!
