Do not use this contact centre. The staff here have no idea about family violence and the effects on children. They actively advocate for abusive perpetrators and show no regards to Intervention Orders. This centre lied in reports, were rude in person, had no idea about age appropriate child development and would not follow my child's normal routine. They complained when my 9 month old needed a morning nap and I could hear my child crying from outside the centre nearly each time I turned up to pick them up. This service does not put children's needs first. Never under any circumstances use this contact centre. It will be detrimental to your children.
