Really nice staff. First time I put my fur baby in a kennel, I was nervous but staff were amazing and you can call in everyday to hear how your fur baby is going

i needed a place for my cat over the weekend... called on thursday, got a call back on monday saying they DONT take cats any more - i did look at their web site before i bothered to call-- maybe update your website, asap

Used this place a few years back and after going into the actual shed to pickup dogs. I was shocked at the wet cold large noisy dark enclosures. My dogs where shaking and had coughs. I couldn't believe how barren it was and no wonder they always took our dogs off us before they got to shed.I would never go back there.Found a far better kennel with warmth and a.c.. plus fantastic animal lovers.No resort.only a prison.

We were evacuated from the bushfires and they opened up for. We can not thank them enough.

We first brought our 2 dogs here (daschund and greyhound) after a terrible experience at a kennel in Bright.I wish we'd gone here to start off with, they are really fantastic with the dogs. They offered to house them together, can provide baths and nail clipping for cheap as chips and they seem genuinely happy to be surrounded by dogs.We've since left our dogs there at least 6-7 times, no fleas, no kennel cough, no problems whatsoever ! Just great service and care. Well done !*If you're looking for the place, it's sometimes hard to find - Go through the McDonalds on the Northbound side of the Hume, turn left on the road there and it's only 300-400 metres up the road.

Very poor accommodation for pets, wouldn't leave a pet there or recommend.
