They have really good eyes to find out the value customers.Such a kind staff for the customer who spends a lot of money.If not, You will get extremely poor service from them.Please don’t go without money. They will kick you out. And you might have a horrible day by discussing experience.

Never ever recommend to anyone.They put the wrong cover with a gum now I am trying to remove and broke my phone due to these idiots.Waste my money and time.

Asked for a privacy screen protector, they only had one option which was not an actual hard protector but only a flimsy film. Confusing service talked me into buying something I did not intend to buy (I thought it was a privacy screen protector, only to find out after the screen protector was on). Two stars for friendly and patient service.

Great service and range of products. One time I bought a item that didn't last very long and they happily refunded the money. I always go there now.

Unfortunately the first time I got my iPhone screen fixed it wasn’t replaced properly and my touch screen wouldn’t work as a result. I was talked into buying a expensive case and screen protector. I took the phone back and they fixed the screen and put on another protector, but a few days later my screen cracked underneath the screen protector!!!! So I went in and asked if it was covered under warranty since it’s the thing they replaced and the expensive case and screen “protector” they put on didn’t do anything. I was told it wasn’t under warranty and I asked why I was told I need to come in next week to talk to the manager.. so I did and I was told the same thing, and now I have a cracked phone and a screen that’s not digitally connected properly.What upsets me the most about this is you pay for a service that isn’t done properly and get talked into buy extra that will “ensure protection so this won’t happen again” only to find out that when the issue arises again they run for the hills..

I’ve always tried to keep clear of phone repair shops at shopping malls but this store exceeded my expectations. Very professional and timely service at a good price. Highly recommend.

Would not encourage anyone to waste their money on any EFM products. These are sold with great" protection.. meanwhile can't withhold a very minor drop without smashing the entire phone inside. The EFM claim was put through with no customer service whatsoever and going back on everything that their products protection states. A massive SCAM product."

I took my phone to get the screen replaced and now its completely broken. The button on the side won't press properly and the battery won't hold charge. They won't return my call.

Looked everywhere for a case for my Samsung A21s phone. Finally stumbled upon happytel and found a really nice one, Lady was even happy to take it out the packet to ensure it definitely fitted the phone which it did like a glove. Excellent, friendly customer service and a terrific range of products. Thanks so much happytel!
