Good staffs there, but the WORST business owner I've ever seen. WORST people skill and makes customers feel bad for not buying things at his shop. I've been there many times trying to support local tackle shops, but the guy with white hair (owner) never failed to make me feel worse. We don't need your negativity for fishing.

Been in a few times to try to support a local store. The young guy who works there is really good and genuinely wants to help you in any way he can. The owner on the other hand just wants you to spend money and couldn't care what he tells or sells you. Pressures you into buying from him and has said on a few occasions you better not go down to bcf and buy it for cheaper.

Great shop always use these guys over bcf due to their better quality products and lure range which blows bcf out of the water plus its always good to support a local business, after reading a few of the other comments regarding pete the owner i would have to disagree, hes been nothing but helpful over the years ive shopped here and ive never felt pressured to buy a product i didnt need or want. Great shop highly recommend, also the lighting in there is out of this world.

I would have given a zero star if google allows me to do so. Owner didn't make us(my self and my Asian friends) feel welcome at all. In fact the attitude was v poor. We felt pressured if we didn't buy anything from him. I understand its tough to run a business as a business owner myself, I understand that not all clients will buy from you. However in the service industry, all clients needs to be respected, even if they do not buy from you!

The store has a good feel to it. Nice setup just lacks certain lures tbh. If you ask for a price match probs going to get treated like trash every other time you go back in. If your going to be edgy with a customer they are literally just gonna walk down to BCF and get a discounted product for a great deal. Reason why tackle warehouse does so well is probably due to them not pressuring you to buy something every time you walk in. And the people at TW love having a good chat even if you weren't to buy anything. Pete is just rude and doesnt really like anyone tbh. Other bloke with the piercing is a good bloke. Always welcoming. Just dont really feel welcome everytime pete is in the store as he Wont even acknowledge you

Great personalised service from these guys. Lots of knowledge and tips they are happy to share. Prices are more than fair and the service makes up for any difference with the big chains. Recommend you at least check them out!
