Charles was great and very clear explaining the process and why each step was required. He was also very patient with my mother who is not well versed in legal matters. Very grateful for her efficient and professional services especially at 11th hour when documents needed to filed in NZ courts.She is very adept at handling and explaining where I had not had proper legal representation, I was being forced to sign documents prepared by solicitors that were not right.Paula always goes out of her way to be there, get it done plus discount.
