Henry was able to sort my computer failure without any hassles. He was able to install a genuine Toshiba Hard Drive at a most modest price, reinstall Windows 8 and save my important information. I can highly recommend his expertise, honesty and friendly manner. A return visit with a mystery key problem was quickly fixed.

Took my computer to Henry yesterday. Told me I needed new disc. Ready for pick up within 3 hours. Quick, efficient, talked through problems. I could not remember my passwords - Henry patiently went through thewhole procedure and set up all new pass words for me. It took him 1 1/2to complete this task - without any extra charge. Supporting my local businesses in Blacktown.
