Coles Murrumba Downs

Terrible customer service i would say..I left the store yesterday afternoon around 2pm after spending more than $300 for my whole week shopping. It stated raining very heavy, got back to the store and asked for just a vege plastic bag to cover my son’s book to protect it from the rain..Two staffs were having a chat, one young blonde and one old, the old staff was very cranky when i asked and not even look at me but saying “ spend 15c for a bag”..I explained to her that i just needed something small to cover the s small book , not really necessary to buy one giant one , just not a eco friendly way to do it..She gave me a very nasty look, answered “ fine, go ahead” then left, the other young staff might feel a bit embarrassed and offered me one , i said no as this situation was ridiculous!What on earth customer service could be like that??? I am local here, shopping here every single week. Do I deserve a dirty look for not spend 10c on a rainy day??I suggest the manager should look into this matter and address the issue with your staff because it is not acceptable!Dont want to provide staff names but love to if being asked!

Has alot of range fir a smaller Coles shop doesn't stock everything but has a variety I couldn't get any pre flavour pastas like curry chicken etc cut add stir heat apart fro. This it had everything I needed including quilton 20 pack 3 ply for $10.00 seems rare to find toilet paper these days spoke with management and other staff it took 1 hr and 45 min going through every isle pricing up everything to the cent to get the cheapest and more quantity for a buck I did spend $176.81 on food I'm doing this shop in a covid time and during this 2022 Brisbane flood times as ya just don't no if u going to be cut off so thought I'll buy up this shop better to have it and not need it then be cut of and need it and not have it I asked if I could take pics in store but the manager said he would have to ask higher up the food chain ... even though anyone seems to take pics and post I ask .. and was rejected from in store picture taking hence the lack of pictures.. but I respect this and that's why I ask first....

I was on my way home from work so I decided to stop in and grab a couple of things I got there at 7:30am. There wasn't alot of people which was great the staff are warm and very lovely I recommend Coles Murrumba Downs they always have everything I'm looking for

Friendly staff, its is clean and tidy, with a good variety for a smaller store.

Check out is ridiculous. I prefer to use cash for small buys. Only one self service point is cash. I have switched to Woolworths on Anzac Rd

I am a Naugbour hood customer,I use to go to other provider allwaysBut few times I went to this shopThe persons in the check out ,I noticedThere is no customer support skillsAnd a v bad experience from them

Don't order delivery from here. There are always missing items, sometimes entire bags dont even arrive. Nothing like planning your groceries to be delivered in the evening with the meal all planned out for the items to never arrive, leaving you having to go to the store despite paying extra for the items. If you contact support all they do is put a credit on your online ordering account so you have to order again (and end up with missing items AGAIN!) Useless!

This Coles never has any stock on its shelves no matter what you are buying. It’s also really inconvenient as I have never been to a Coles that has no deli.

Tried to provide feedback via website but it doesn’t work.Several incidents in the past month have led me to provide feedback as I don’t want people getting sick like my family.1. I noticed some of the maleny milk in the fridges had expired about 4 days ago (did not purchase it)2. I purchased the cleavers brand beef mince and cooked it same day (in date) my family (including 9 month old baby) all got food poisoning hours after eating it3. Purchased a plastic tub of grapes and 90% were rotten4. Purchased a bottle of kombucha and drank it same day - it tasted off.Something has gone wrong with this store (refrigeration, change of management?) but I won’t be continuing to shop here for the safety of my family.

Really scares me how the charcoal chicken in the bags are placed right next to the cold fridges!!! I have never bought a chicken as I’m concerned about the temperature cross over from where it’s located.As well as this, you have your cheeses in two sections. Please make one section for your deli meats and cheeses.
