Johnny and his team did an amazing job remediating our bathroom and laundry for mould. They were very thorough when investigating the source of the mould and explained all the steps through to remediation along the way. I wouldn't trust anyone else highly recommend.

Very glad that we chose FTR for our repairs! In an industry where short cuts are common and can create worse situations, we had to find a trusted expert to get rid of any trace of mould in our home. After a different remediator bungled up our mold remediation job, causing our home to be a biohazard - we were fortunate enough to stumble across Johnny and his team at Fast Track. Johnny was patient, professional, and through. He took the time to thoroughly assess each aspect of the job, and explain the process from start to finish. FTR are one of the few IICRC accredited agencies, and are recommended by well-known building biologist, Nicole Bijlsma. Johnny, Liam, and Anthony (and the rest of the team) were an absolute delight to work with, and made what was an incredibly stressful time, easy to manage. They understand the dangers of mold to one’s health, and care greatly about their client’s wellbeing. It seems that nothing was too much to ask of their team, who continually went above and beyond to restore our home to a healthy environment. I don’t know what I would have done without them, and will forever be grateful for both their work, and their patience. I would recommend them, from the smallest of jobs, to the largest!

Contacted FTR based on a community forum recommendation, when we had an internal flood event just before a long weekend (cause of flood was a water filter cartridge that burst during the night). FTR were able to send out a technician with the necessary equipment same day. Tech was very professional, explained everything that need to be done and why, also came out to monitor drying progress twice over a long weekend. FTR's prompt and professional service saved our carpets, walls, skirting and cupboards. What's more, our insurer paid for the remediation without argument, insurer even noted that FTR were very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I can't speak highly enough of the FTR team. The mould situation in my apartment provided plenty of challenges but Johnny has gathered a group of fantastic people who, with him, were extremely conscientious and diligent and produced a great result. They were also incredibly polite and considerate in all our dealings which I greatly appreciated. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the FTR team.
