Update: The folk kindly sent me a replacement floor waste for free in their slimline version. A much better quality and finish grate. So if you are after a square grate, only buy their slimline - the one shown on their website is rubbish. So I have updated from 1 to 3 stars. I've set 3 stars because while it is much better quality, it is not even close to the quality of the local manufacturer - which admittedly is more expensive, but it is like comparing chalk and cheese. I would not be happy to have their grate in my floor long term. Their customer service however is second to none.Original Review: I purchased their wedge wire centre floor waste - not their low profile version - and it is complete rubbish. Poorly manufactured with sharp edges that can potentially slice a persons soft foot skin - particularly the elderly. I cannot comment on the quality of their other products, but having bought this - expensive - piece of rubbish I would be reluctant to buy any other product from them without viewing a sample. They kindly offered to send me their low profile version - not sure if for free - but it was too late for my need. So helpful customer service - just not a good product. They should not be advertising this product on their website as it is so bad and could save customers a lot of hassle if it wasn't advertised. Definitely DO NOT buy their wedge wire centre floor waste advertised on their website - you will be extremely disappointed. The photos on their website of this product do not really show how poor quality it is - so that leaves one concerned about how well one can determine the quality of their other products. I have now viewed a locally manufactured linear grate that is exceptionally good quality - so will be buying from them for my main bathroom renovation. Comparing the photos of other shower grate shop products and the product I purchased against the samples I viewed at the local grate manufacturer, the local manufacturer has a far superior product.
