The care I received from the staff here was phenomenal! From the kitchen staff cooking my meal, to the cleaners. The nurses were kind, caring and wonderful. The doctors took wonderful care of me

Triaged assessed me as probably having 2 broken wrists and fractured jaw on Wed . Waited 5 hours to get the pain relief I repeatedly asked for whilst sitting in waiting area directly in front of nurses window. Late Thurs……more waiting….had breaks set but can’t go home til next day as X-ray not available. Had first meal since Wed….a sandwich. Time spent being X-rayed, plastered, X-rayed again less than 30 mins. Time spent at hosp waiting… wed, thurs, fri.

Not pleasant visiting any dentist but you are quickly set at ease by the friendly staff and they know their stuff. I'm happy I went and got looked after so well.

If you think it’s terrible by physically being there, it’s worse when you phone them. You can see through their ugliness and smell their stench over the phone call.

At Rosewood clinic, they ignore people based on community despite their appointment timing. This is also racism. If you don’t accept that type of behaviour then you also don’t have a right to behave like this to the patients.I always come 30mins earlier and always the last people who is called the name 50mins later!

Terrible system. No visitors irrespective of vaccination status. Needs executive authority which conveniently isn’t obtainable on a weekend. Does any other hospital in the state have these ridiculous restrictions? Not when I’ve searched visiting hours on the net for larger hospitals in Melbourne…Tried twice to get through to the medical ward by phone and rang out. Relative admitted 3 days ago with slurred speech and decreased mobility. Shouldn’t be that difficult to get basic information re a patients well-being. Not a criticism of staff there but the policy makers need to know this is a very, very poor service they are providing.

My father recently received end of life care at GV Health medical unit, and the care he received from the staff here was exceptional. My family and I were treated with dignity and respect and dad was in great hands. The nurses, despite being extraordinary overworked, were so accommodating, giving the utmost care, and truly awesome service in this most demanding of roles. I commend every individual I dealt with during this very difficult time for us. Special shout out to Dot in the front office for going well above and beyond the call of duty. Your compassion and care shown to my mother during what was probably the lowest point in her life, was magnificent, and truly appreciated by the rest of the family. Thank you one and all.

I had just gone to this hospital to be treated for the symptoms i had for a month. I was told I’d receive pain relief, that never came neither did the consideration for my situation. All they did was blood tests and obs. I have never seen such uncaring people, they looked at me like i was crazy and the doctor smirked at me as i was explaining my symptoms. I was told i was discharged 3-4 hours after sitting in extreme pain. They gave me a complete silly diagnosis that didn’t explain my situation at all. I expected more from such a big hospital as i live in a small town. Previously they made my mother in law wait for 4 hours until they found out she was bleeding internally, they don’t take anyone seriously.

This hospital is absolutely disgusting most of the doctors and nurses need to go back to school. Constantly wrongly diagnose my children with something they obviously don't have, in the end having to go to another hospital all because shepparton hospital have the lack of care for patience.
