Booked in weeks ago.Get there and what booking.They did the job though, very disorganised and shocking communication.The non itemised labour charge is alarming.I suggest that you get it itemised.I believe they did a good job on the truck but the rest of the experience leaves a lot to be desired.Would use them again for servicing but be cautious if anything else needs doing.

Cliff & Angelo couldn't have been any more helpful with our recent Iveco Daily purchase. They even found a suspension seat from a Demo truck at HQ that we were able to swap over to get us going ASAP. Best thing was, they answered the phone when I rang and answered my questions promptly.

As the owner of a 2019 FD1124 truck. Bought from them. We have had difficulty getting faults fixed. Service department say one thing, then next time tell you something else. No way I will willingly deal with this mob again. New truck. = a Poor Quality radio. Air conditioning that cant cope over 30Deg C. Cruise control that wont go up to the speed limit. not to mention the prices for spares like filters. Do yourself a favour. Don’t buy a HINO. Just for the record. I am part owner of Williams Towing Bendigo.

It was a great experience buying my truck from Bendigo Truck Centre. Cliff Bourke is a great personality he made it a pleasant journey from booking to the delivery of vehicle. His communication and customer service was above and beyond. I will definitely recommend BTC to anyone looking to buy a commercial vehicle. 5 stars to Cliff and his team.

Rude young bloke who was more interested in knocking off from work than helping me find the part I needed. He told me nobody makes it any more I then ordered 1 from another company about 2 days later with the promise of receiving it within the week! Not good enough really, lucky he doesn't work for me.
