I've always loved Bakers Delight bread and their other goodies. They never let me down. But I have to say as someone who can only access it through home delivery your store in Lakes Entrance is next level. Kind & courteous staff who are always prompt & professional in taking my order. And my delivery guy goes above and beyond with his drop offs. Always greets me with a smile & kind words.The goods arrive well packed in perfect condition and of course fresh and delicious.I cannot recommend this store enough, they deserve our support.

Bread and cakes always hard, bread left out on shelves, which is OK if your shop is not in the middle of a wind tunnel.cake cabinets with no backs, flies in cabinets.

poor poor poor.service staff dropped food on the floor then proceeded to still sell the item.bought loaf of bread took it home and found to be stale.checked date tags .was 2 days out of date.went back to store to complain,got abused and refused refund.

Visit nearly every second day. Their pastries are delightful and their wholemeal bread is just the best. Staff are always happy to see me. I don't bother with any of the other name brands now. I've hit on a winner..
