Guardian Childcare & Education Sydenham

No doubt my daughter loves this place, she never stops telling stories about her day at the childcare. My daughter likes Karen and Aaron, she told us how caring and friendly her educators are. In general, all the Staff from reception, manager, and other educators are accommodating.The facility is spacious, clean, and modern. I highly recommend this centre.

My baby spent 2 weeks at Guardian Sydenham and calling those 2 weeks a struggle would be an understatement. Every evening when we picked up my 12 month old son, he had food on his clothes. Nobody cared to clean him. He was sleeping only 20 minutes a day and nobody cared to work on his sleep schedule. On a peak windy winter day in August he was taken outdoors WITHOUT a beanie on despite him having all winter clothes in his bag. The daily charts that they sign are joke. It doesn't seem like they are signed by a human but a robot because all kids have one serve of food and whenever I called to ask about the food, the educators gave vague answers. So they were not concerned even about his food intake. Now my baby is in a different childcare and I can easily tell differences between a good and a bad childcare. We all get attracted to the convenient location and the wide ranging facilities of the childcare which I can't deny. But they no way fulfil the primary requirements of love, care and attention that our little lives need when they are away from us.

The educators at Guardian Sydenham are second to none. The care they provide on a daily basis to my two girls is just amazing. Specifically Grace, Nat, Kahliah, Emma, Christina the list goes on. We are kept involved and informed as parents with newsletters . Nothing is ever too much trouble. The rooms are filled with artwork and happiness. My older daughter previously went to another childcare centre and they just do not compare! My only regret is I didn’t move her sooner!! Thank you Cary, Bianca and all the Guardian Sydenham team

I was lucky enough to have my daughter cared for by the staff at Guardian Childcare Sydenham. Not only did they care for my daughter, but they treated me as part of thier extended family. As a first time mum, they supported us both. We started there when my daughter was 5 months old until she left after Kindergarten. I never had to worry that my daughter wasn't getting proper care and love. We still now (2 years on), go and visit the educators, who always welcome us with open arms.

My son has been attending here since 10 months old. Have always had such a great experience. The communication is great, always get updates with his day and photos of what he did. If they are ever concerned about him they call. I can always call also to get any updates. He has just moved to the older room and it’s been an easy transition. Would highly recommend this centre, he’s had the same staff from day 1 and only just changed now as he’s moved rooms.

I am so grateful for the care, love and understanding that the entire team at Guardian Sydenham has shown towards my daughters.Kristy & her team @ Pink room has been amazing, shows genuine care & support.Also Karen & her team @ Kinder room has been so great. Kinder program helped my daughter develop confidence and a love for learning in creative and fun approach. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic educators that take an interest in my child’s learning and development. I can tell that each educator has made the effort to develop a bond with my child and that she feels connected to her educators.Vera, Manisha & Aimee go above and beyond to ensure every child in their care get the attention and support they need and encourage each child’s individuality and interests.

We honestly love this centre! I have been sending both kids since they were 6months old and it’s been close to 4 years, so I can defiantly say we have made some great relationships with the amazing carers. My little one is in Jess and Kristy’s room which she absolutely adores and my eldest is in the kinder room with Karen and Amrit which he speaks very highly of. If you’re a parent looking into this centre please don’t hesitate because I can guarantee you they’ll be in fantastic hands!

The staff are amazing, very caring and friendly. Always easy to deal with and to talk to. The centre is clean and filled with displays of art from the children which is always nice to see. Would recommend the centre to everyone. Also love the excursions and incursions they have for the children.

As a first time mom, I felt guilty enrolling my then 4 months old son in a childcare so that I can come back to work. Looking back, I realized that it's one of the best decision my husband and I made. Our son is nearly 8 months old now and we never had any problem. The educators and staff have always been wonderful! I can see how much they love and care for the children and families. They always ask for my consent first before introducing anything to my son especially food. I love how spacious the rooms are for it enables kids to move around and explore. Equipment and toys were always clean and well maintained. The centre follows government guidelines on preventing spread of virus. It also makes my husband and I feel happy and proud whenever they share photos of our son doing fun and educational activities through story park. Our son has definitely progressed well with the help of the educators and he seems very happy! All we have are just positive feedbacks for Guardian Childcare Sydenham and I am happy to recommend it to anyone.
