I bought an inTouch Massage chair from the Paramatta shop last year from a very nice lady Margaret. I was very impressed with her service. The chair is just heavenly. Prior to the purchase, I enjoyed going to spa and getting massage by a person. But this chair gives you a full body massage, from head to toe. The after sale service was also very good. We found the pressure on the calf a bit too strong for us and we phoned Margaret,and the next day, a gentleman came and fixed it. Now it is perfect. We use it everyday, my husband and I. Not only is it a good massage chair, it is a very comfortable chair to sit in and enjoy TV. It gives good support. We highly recommend the chair. It is good value for money and the service is excellent.

The rudest and poorest service i have ever had in my life.She treat us like we can’t effort to buy from the beginning. Lack of customer service. The lady who served me talk as if she doesn’t want to serve me at all. The tone of her voice is high pitch, and she’s making this face like she wants me to leave.We tried the massage chair. During the that moment the lady didn’t give me any information. Ended up she only asked scary voice do you need any information? And then turned around shake her head? i am so depressed directly stopped the massage chair? The Chinese lady can’t give the customer comfortable service!!!! Iam so depressed and disappointed. It was in Chatswood itouch massage chair.

This chair is the best purchase Ive ever made. It helps me wind down after a long day and I always fall asleep in it. Love the different modes and ability to do custom massages to target specific pain points. Highly recommend

The massage chair is really amazing! I got right & left sciatica. The pain can ease away after using massage chair. Lately I could not walk up & down stairs due to my weaken thigh muscles. After using massage chair for a while it helps me very much & pain can be resolved.This is better than physiotherapy. The chair also has advanced stretching. I highly recommend this massage chair. It is fabulous!Margaret is a pleasant, helpful, super lady.
