Yoga Groove

I love this yoga studio! The yoga instructors are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. This is my first time doing Yoga and it is definitely life changing. It has helped me a lot, mentally and physically. I will definitely be back! :) keep up the amazing work x

Having been reluctant to try yoga, I can honestly say that after 6 months now, I absolutely love it. It's such a fantastic workout and the best for stretching the body. Talk about a workout. I'm absolutely done after my session. Having been recommended to Yoga Groove by a work colleague, I can say that Nedina is such a fantastic teacher. I feel she cares about each and everyone of us and pushes us to improve and participate further. She makes it feel like a real family environment. I'm personally very privileged to have such a wonderful instructor. Please keep up the great work Nedina.

Best yoga class by far that I have tried! Nedina is such an awesome and acknowledgeable teacher. I have back pain and Nedina helped me in doing the poses correctly so that I didn’t hurt myself. She is amazing! I would definitely recommend Yoga Groove to everyone, you feel so at peace and relaxed afterwards. I left her class feeling amazing! Can’t wait to go back!

I was a guest teacher at Yoga Groove and the studio is one of the most beautiful i have seen. Nadina had put her heart and soul into the project and it definitely shows.There is Street parking and the studio is close to public transport and the main library. Very prominent place in Liverpool so even great for those working to join in for a lunchtime session.The students were amazing and understood all the advanced concepts and techniques going to show the classes are taught by highly capable and professional instructors.If you are keen to learn yoga and meditation this is the place to be in Liverpool and surrounds.

I love Nedina's classes, she is a great teacher and a wonderful human being. She is very passionate which brings out the best in everybody. I always feel energised and positive after each and every class. Thank you Nedina for being so patient and encouraging with my learning. I have been attending classes for 2 months now and all instructors are very welcoming and fantastic. They really guide you throughout the practice and I always feel more relaxed, energetic and stress-free every after practice! I honestly don't think that I would be hooked the first time I tried it but now I really want to keep it going even at home. A beautiful yoga studio that just feels peaceful and inviting from the moment you walk in!
