I Wouldn’t go back here even if they fixed my phone for free. Absolutely shocking customer service. I am a repeat customer , have fixed about 7 phones here in the last 2 years & the staff had no interest at all in retaining a long term customer or even offering to provide any discounts or even simply provide a screen protector which many other places are more than willing to offer. It’s not about getting things for free, it’s about speaking to customers in a respectful tone & if that’s too difficult , you shouldn’t be in a customer service role to begin with.

My fone was frozen couldnt switch it off or reboot walked into ring a ding bankstown had the fone working in no time much better than mobile company they said to buy a new fone they cant do anything for me go to ring a ding people there helpful and now there fones thanks guys

Changed my battery on Saturday cause it was overheating they put a new one still had the same issue went back on Tuesday told them I still have the same issue then they said u need to update the phone then you’ll have no issue I updated my phone issue was still the same went back on Friday I told them still over heating it told them just put my old battery back in my phone and I got my money back

I was served by Leen at Bankstown today and her customer service was fantastic. She was very well spoken and helped me understand what was wrong with my phone. My screen was also replaced and I was happy with its quality. My experience at this store is well rated.

Excellent service very friendly and honest staff had an issue with my speaker took it to another shop they wanted to charge me $200 when only needed a clean and the staff members did not charge me for it

The guys at RingyDingz go way and beyond for their customers. My 3 ipads had problems with charging port and batteries. Bill offered to drop them off at my house because he knew I was working and kids used them for remote learning. Please note that he did this twice within 3 days. Shows me he doesn't only take pride in his work, but he genuinely cares about his customers. I didn't expect that kind of 5 star service and now I won't go anywhere else for my digital technology, repairs and accessories. Thanks again Bill

Amazing Customer Service by Mariam.She kept to her word with replacing my screen protector when she really didn't have too just goes to show what a genuine person she is. Thankyou and i definitely will be back for any future services I need.

Excellent customer service by Janine she helped me find a case for my son that has a very old phone and spent a few minutes looking in the cupboards and wouldn’t give up until she found one! Also very friendly to speak withIt’s rare you find helpful staff that care about their customers will definitely be coming back ☺️
