Awesome friendly staff, veterinary care exceptional. I travel all the way from Beetaloo Valley to come here :) it’s well worth the 2.5 hour drive :)

Found a cat dumped in a box at Gepps Cross we went to the nearest Vet on Google Maps & their advice was to put the cat back in the box & RE-Dump the catAbsolutely disgusted & shocked with this advice.I did NOT misunderstand or mistake what I was hearing even when I said we found him by a busy road we were advised to take to a Quote “Quieter Street”I 100% understand there is a cat crisis but there is NO justification for this!JUST FYI he is home with us and goes to a rescue tomorrow!

Brought my cat in for a simple annual vaccine and check up. Ended up waiting over 40 minutes after our appointment time in the heat. I wasn't offered water for my cat either. In the end the vet took only 5 minutes to give Callie, my cat, her shot and a check up. Took her back to the car and started driving home only to realise my poor feline was panting due to waiting so long in a carrier in a hot vets office without water. Thankfully she got home soon and had a long drink. She is fine, but I am left furious at the fact that her wellbeing was put at risk.
