After having my RMs mangled by a shoe repairer I won't name, Joe's Boots did a beautiful job making my five-year-old boots like new. Not cheap but worth the money for the workmanship.

Joe's boots is really the only place I'll go to buy shoes and boots and have mine repaired. I love this place, the family owners are so friendly and helpful. I had a pair of Birkenstocks and I thought they were gone, but Joe's Replaced the cork and the rubber sole, they looked like new again for $130. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Joe's highly enough. I have had my boots repaired to an excellent standard along with my leather jackets and vests. I have purchased pairs of Blundstone and Johnny Reb boots at a reasonable price along with excellent customer service.

Excellent boot repair. Boots are more comfortable than they were new. The sole and heel materials are high quality. I will never use anyone else in Canberra for shoe repairs. Also, polite and friendly service. Like the text follow-up.

I just had the most fantastic experience at Joe’s Boots. I had a suitcase that had been damaged and they are the service repaired in town. Such a warm welcome and such quick and amazing customer service. I was so impressed.

Very impressed with Joe's Boots. Did an excellent job fixing the poorly considered, and sloppy work performed by another business. Additionally the service was friendly and knowledgeable. Will be back for future boots and repair work needs.Update: excellent service and a good range of boots/shoes with good advice.

Took shoes in for repair. They were well worn but I thought ok. Two weeks later the new soles completely came off the boots. Took them back. Told the shoes were hopelessly worn, unrepairable. So why didn't you tell me this BEFORE you did a $48 repair job? Had to throw them out.

New RMs were too tight around the toes on one side.Staff at Joes were friendly and stretched the leather. Boots don't look altered at all. Job done in less than 24 hours and now it fits perfectly. Better yet, only cost $20! Amazing stuff. Thanks guys
