Hands down the best selection of cooking equipment in Sydney and if they don't have it, they will bring it in for you within 24 hours.The staff have always been very friendly and more than helpful. The new premises in Artarmon are very conveniently located with lots of parking.Kitchen Kapers has been an integral service to Lower North Shore restaurants for years and especially now during these uncertain times for us.Thank you Michelle & Blair!

Just called asking if they sell cooking thermometers, the woman said “Yes, but we’re closed” I replied “Oh, google says you’re open until 5pm” she replies “We’ve moved to Artarmon and we’re not open for another week”. Not sure if this was the owner but you seriously need to take a customer service course as this is the rudest service I have ever received. This has completely put me off and I won’t be visiting your new store.

Always able to find kitchen / cookware items that might be a little tricky to find elsewhere. They mainly cater for cafe / food business owners but anyone can walk in to buy stuff. A tad exxy but good service

Great staff and awesome range of catering supplies. Great place to browse for gifts and everything is high quality. You won't find those 'cheap & nasty' types here.

Shop is not bad-but definitely lack of customer service. No greetings,no interest in buyers however..Been standing with 2 lil kids in front of the counter to pay and staff was literally ignoring my presence. Felt not really welcome

Great kitchen store. Fantastic no nonsense service and will bend over backwards to try and get you the right thing. Over 15 years experience in both the retail and commercial sector for kitchen equipment. Highly recommended.
