Terrible. Chips were all dry, crunchy and over cooked. Had no idea how to batter fish then grill it. Fish was terrible, had to scrape the skin off before we could eat it. Shop is filthy. The window frames haven’t been cleaned in years. A build up of cobwebs and dirt all over them.

I travel all over the country for work, and when I very occasionally get fish and chips, even the fanciest places in seafood Mecca's, it's hard to find better fish and chips.The chips aren't greasy, and the fish is tasty and doesn't leave you feeling sickly afterwards.

This review has taken me a lot of thought. Before going to Wongs, I read the reviews and knew the mixed opinions. I wanted to give the place a chance. Unfortunately, the food was lousy, the place had a bad smell and not very clean. I think they get very bad reviews when the frying oil is old and stale and good reviews perhaps on the few occasions when the oil is changed. I went there when the oil was dirty and stale. Food was horrible. All part of the travel experience, but I will never go back! Sorry Mr/Ms Wong!

No local competition. Exceptionally greezy food. All but inedible. Home made dimsims were rubbish. I am sorry that your town has to put up with this level of inept greed.

The best place I have ever been to and I didn't mine pay for chicken salt. And the food. Was fresh and hot to eat and the staff was friendly and very fast services and helpful and the manager was nice can't do enough to help u out

Exactly what we needed passing through after long hours of driving. Chips were awesome and seasoned really nicely! The negative reviews make no sense at all! Service was lovely. So glad they were open.
